- Handling Verbal Complaints
Immediate Investigation
The Service Provider immediately investigates the Customer's verbal complaint and attempts to remedy it where necessary. If the Customer does not agree with how the complaint is handled, or if immediate investigation of the complaint is not possible, the Service Provider promptly records a report of the complaint and its position regarding it.
Recording of the Report
The report recorded regarding the complaint includes the Customer's name and address or email address, the place, time, and method of submitting the complaint, a detailed description of the complaint, and a list of documents presented by the Customer. In the case of a verbal complaint made in person, the Service Provider hands over a copy of the report to the Customer on the spot.
Handling Complaints Made by Phone
The Service Provider assigns a unique identification number to verbal complaints made by the Customer via telephone or other electronic communication services.
The Service Provider sends a copy of the report recorded regarding the complaint to the Customer no later than at the same time as the substantive response.
During telephone complaint handling, the Service Provider makes an audio recording, which is retained for five years.
Upon the Customer's request, the Service Provider provides the audio recording made during telephone administration free of charge, and also makes it possible for the Customer to listen to the recording at its customer service, or, upon request, sends a copy of it electronically. The Service Provider fulfills a request for access to the audio recording within thirty days of becoming aware of it.
- Handling Written Complaints
Response Deadline
The Service Provider responds to the Customer's written complaint in writing, substantively, and in a verifiable manner, within thirty days of its receipt. If the Service Provider rejects the Customer's complaint, it is obligated to provide reasons for its position.
If the Customer does not provide their name and address or email address, fails to provide a detailed description of their complaint, or does not submit the documents, records, and other evidence necessary for assessing the complaint, the Service Provider is not obligated to respond to the complaint.
The Service Provider promptly confirms receipt of a written complaint submitted through the electronic interface/form it provides, to the email address given by the consumer.
Retention of Documentation
The Service Provider retains the report recorded regarding the complaint, the written complaint, and a copy of the substantive response given to it for three years, and presents these upon request to the supervisory authorities.
- Remedies Available
If the Service Provider rejects the complaint, it informs the Customer in writing about which authority or conciliation body the Customer may turn to with their complaint. This information includes the registered office, telephone and internet contact details, and mailing address of the competent authority and of the conciliation body corresponding to the Customer's place of residence or stay.

3.1. Initiating Conciliation Body Proceedings
In handling complaints and informing consumers, the Service Provider cooperates with associations representing consumer interests as well as with consumer protection authorities.
The Service Provider informs the Customer that it has submitted a general declaration of submission, valid until withdrawn, to the conciliation body of its registered office, or – with effect covering all conciliation bodies – to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKIK).
The Service Provider informs Customers that, in addition to Customers qualifying as consumers, civil society organizations, church legal entities, condominium associations, and housing cooperatives acting under a separate law for purposes outside their independent occupation and economic activity, as well as any consumer who is a national of, or has a place of residence in, a Member State, and any business established in a Member State that purchases goods or uses services within the Union solely for end-use purposes, or acts with such intent, may also turn to the conciliation body.
3.2. Consumer Protection Authority Proceedings
Before initiating proceedings before the consumer protection authority, the Customer is required to first attempt to resolve the disputed matter directly with the Service Provider.
The Customer may initiate proceedings before the consumer protection authority if the Service Provider has violated the provisions set out in consumer protection legislation, in particular its obligations relating to distribution, provision of services, complaint handling, customer service, the quality, composition, and packaging of products, pricing, the handling of warranty and guarantee claims, and consumer information.
An application submitted to the consumer protection authority must include:
The Service Provider's name and registered office address,
The place where the objected conduct occurred,
A brief description of the subject of the application, supported by available documents, including in particular the Service Provider's response letter to the Customer's inquiry, the report recorded regarding the verbal complaint, and, in the case of a complaint submitted by post or electronically, a document proving that it was sent.
Proceedings before the consumer protection authority may not be initiated more than three years after the violation occurred. If the unlawful conduct is ongoing, the deadline begins when the conduct ceases.
In proceedings before the consumer protection authority, associations representing consumer interests are also granted the rights of a party, insofar as concerns the protection of consumer interests they represent.
If the consumer protection authority establishes that consumer protection provisions have been violated, it may, among other things, order the termination of the unlawful condition, prohibit the continuation of the unlawful conduct, set a deadline requiring the Service Provider to remedy the identified deficiencies, or impose a consumer protection fine.
- Service Provider's Procedure in the Case of Repeated Complaints
If the Customer resubmits a complaint that has already been substantively answered previously and that contains the same content without any new information, the Service Provider may disregard investigating it. The Service Provider may likewise disregard investigating complaints made by an unidentifiable person.
- Fulfillment of the Written Form Requirement
The Service Provider may fulfill its written complaint-handling obligations by letter, fax, or electronic means alike, provided that the means used allows for the durable storage of data and its display in unchanged form.
IV. Other Provisions and Information
- The Service Provider informs the Customer that:
a. the annual availability of the servers ensuring its data management exceeds 99.9%. Regular backups are made to protect data, so that the original content can be restored in the event of data loss;
b. stored information is placed in MSSQL and MySQL databases, and sensitive data is protected with strong encryption, for which hardware encryption solutions integrated into the processor are used. - The Service Provider informs the Customer that the Sellvio rating system operates on the Online Store's website.
a. The rating system evaluates not individual products, but the operation of the webshop itself, based solely on the opinions of genuine customers.
b. The following security and technical measures are applied during the review process:
i. The option to leave a rating is activated only after a purchase has been made. The system operates independently of the online store, and opinions are stored by Sellvio (ErdSoft Kft.: company registration number: 06-09-030198, registered office: 6720 Szeged, Kígyó utca 4.).
ii. A rating may only be submitted following a purchase, based on an invitation sent to the provided email address.
iii. It is important to know that neither ratings nor reviews can be deleted – both positive and negative feedback are displayed, so that the system provides an authentic picture of the Webshop's operation.
